I have an extremely high metabolism, as does everyone in my family, i have looked over most of the stuff on the site including the diet section, where it tells me to refrain from cardio/aerobic exercises if i want to gain mass... i currently spend about 30 mins a day with my punching bag, with 2.5 lbs weights on my wrists, im wondering if this is gonna hurt me in my weight gains enough for me to need to stop doing it? (i love my bag) Any help is appreciated!
