Hey everyone, I do work out my back the day after I work out chest. I do dumbell pullovers on chest day and I know that they work out the lats a little but I read that you should do pullovers on chest day. I was wondering if it's ok to work out my back the day after I do pullovers and would I be overtraining my lats that way?
