Hi, about a year ago i think I pulled or tore a muscle on the inside-side of my upper thigh. I haven't put much stress on it since cuz I was trying to give it time to heal but it still hurts when I try to strech out at all. What is this muscle (if that's what it is at all) and how can I recondition it?

If it's in the front it is your quadricep if it is in the rear hamstring

Have you been to a doctor?

It's not really in the front or the back. It's sorta on the inside of my leg. Maybe that's not a muscle. Could it be a ligament?

I would see a doctor. A year is a long time.
