Hello was wondering the best way to get back to my 4.5 40 time. I play semi-pro ball and I would really like too get back to my old self. I was late to practice and I didnt strech as good as I should of and we were doing spints and then boom flat tire. Can some please give me some insight on how to get ready by the first game with is may 22nd. Thanks
