Okay I looked at the other posts about this but I'm still alittle confused, but let me see if I get this right. I'm 6'0 about 210.lbs and my goal is to loose weight while gaining muslce.I know this is hard to do when you are trying to loose weight, that's why my primary goal is to loose weight. I believe I read that the idea ratio for loosing weight is 50/20/30 (protein, carbs, fats),no is that correct? And lets say for a 2,000 calorie diet about how many carbs should I be eating?

You need to eat more thatn 2000 calories. You'll lose a lot of muscle at that amount.
