hey guys,

i was wondering whether anyone could recommend a good quality protein powder which provides value for money, im willing 2 spend gd money on it, but would like to get at least a months serving or so out of it.

I personally use Isopure Zero Carb, which is a 100% ion exchange whey protien made by Natures Best. It is in about the midrange for price, and seems to work well, and mix well (not clumpy even when mixed with only a spoon).

I use Isopure too. I buy it from Vitamin world.
