hey everyone
Ive been drinking protein shakes for about 8 months now i currently try to drink 5 to 6 different ones a day... they are: Muscle Milk, 100% Whey (which I take twice a day, Twinlab ultra Feul, Creatine Monohydrate, and Cyto Gainer (occasionaly) I also have Twinlab Gainers feul but i dont drink it because its none too tastey... well, ive been wondering when to drink them like (WHICH ONE SHOULD I DRINK BEFORE WORKINGOUT, DURING WORKOUT, AFTER WORKINGOUT, AND WHICH ONES SHOULD I TAKE WHENEVER)
