How about Cottage Cheese...it is a good one. Low fat cheese (becareful on the amount though)

The best bang for your buck is a protein shake.

Steak, Fish, Eggs, Cheese, Beef Jerky, Chicken, Lean Pork, and also eat vegtables that are on the high end of protein like, Broccoli, Beans, Rice.
Eat as many whole solid foods as you can. Tuna and yogurt aren't good high quality proteins. There good for on the go but don't make them a staple in your diet.

One thing tho about fish like tuna, macarel, and salmon are reasonable proteins, they are very high in Omega 3 oil and are great for cholesterol control and apparently have a good effect on muscle development.

I would say that at least once or twice a week have some fish.

You can mix protein powder with yogurt, oatmeal, cottage cheese, etc to add more protein to your diet. Also - eat cold water fish at least twice a week (salmon, sardines...)
