Can some one help me find a protein that is effective, ive only been using weight gainers and only be getting chubby, i want to get muscle size and strength, my weight is 155, and my goal is to get 165 of muslce any ideas of an effective protein, if you can help it would be nice

Try getting protein first from food then from a supplement.
Go for whey isolate. This is only supplemental.
