how much should my daily intake be if I weigh 200 lbs

You should take 1 - 1.5 x your body weight per day.

So therefore, 200 x 1 = 200 g
or
200 x 1.5 = 300 g

exactly..

200g to maintain the muscle mass you have now.. and anything over that will contribute to new muscle growth.. 300g may be costly but will work.

ya and to achieve that you need to consume 4-5 meals that have considerable protien like fish and poultry in them...beans & some veg sources are also great sources...but you'll probably find protien shakes as the best alternative.

To gain mass about 1.5 grams a day, to maintain muscle mass about 1.0 grams a day. But in my opinion its better to keep on the high side so you don't lose all you've worked for.
