Whey is whey to me, honestly its a waste of money, to me anyways......its got 50grams a serving of protein ...good right? no! One serving is 3 scoops! It takes alot of milk or water to blend that right and not make it taste lumpy.
Personally opimium whey is the better deal, 23 grams of protein per ONE scoop......it only has abotu 150 calories a serving, but you can always add milk, or some yougert to it to boost the calories.
