Well things are looking up. I have made some nice gains in strength. I am out of town this week so had a heavy end of week to get ahead. I did squats on Thursday, missed Friday due to lack of time, Saturday I doubled up with arms (bi's and tri's) and back. I worked hard on both. My tri's and back are sore today. I worked chest hard on Sunday. After all of the heavy work I expected the chest workout on Sunday to be weak. Just the opposite! I worked out heavier with more reps on incline than in years. So I figure my flat bench is going to suffer because ot it. Wrong again! I did more good reps at a heavier weight than I've done in years if ever. The protein supplement, glutamine, and ZMA are either coincidence or have made a difference. I have been steady in my work ethic and cut out fast food from my diet. I'm only sad that I'll be off this week due to travel. It may be a good time to rest though. I have put on some weight as well.
