How can i measure ym progress on my home training program? when it asks for the weight im lifting, should i type in my weight? or only the weight i add to my own weight? and if i put in my own bodyweight should it be minus the weight of the part i am working, can somebody help?

You can do either, just be consistent so you won't get a crazy looking chart! So to recap: You have 2 options 1) Put in your body weight + any additional weight, 2)Put in only the additional weight. Keep it simple (this is in reference to your last question, doing that would be entirely too complicated).

Well, if you notice that your form is incorrect, then you must know what the correct form would be, right? If you don't have a mirror, maybe that will help some, also if your form is consistently incorrect, it may be beneficial to go to a lighter weight and work on your form, when it's consistent, start increasing the weight again.
