I went to the section where we are supposed to be able to check our progress, but I don't think it is working. I move my mouse over the different muscles, but nothing happens. Someone please help!
you have to fill in your exercise program first, then, after at least two weeks (2 same exercises) you'll be able to see your progress. hope this helps :)
