i got this email the other day for no reason why i have no idea what sites ive been signing up to in the past year lol but anywho this email read the following *cut out from email*
"He was discussing weight loss and the drawbacks of "starvation diets".
The fact is that when people try to lose weight by reducing their calories to extreme measures, their body actually responds by storing more fat in an attempt to survive literal starvation!
What's worse is that once the person gives up and starts eating "normal" again, their body has no way to know if it'll be "starved" again in the near future, and actually stores even more fat than before to get "prepared"!
The overweight person actually programmed their body to get fatter!"
now i was wondering using what this guy said he was talking about programing the body to store muscle * obviously i hadda buy some book which i aint gonna be bothered doing or wasting my time or money on.. * but i was just wondering if this is actually possible? maybe by like eating more and more then your body needs ( healthy food, maybe your body will just take what it needs and be forced to use the rest or throw it away it wont store it because your not on some famine stavation diet rite?? ) have i lost anyone yet lol so i was wondering if you kept that up and then did some wierd ass program with mainly your main compound movements damn this sounds to much lyke powerlifting now aye umm so anyway i was wondering if anyone thinks its possible to actually program your body to continuesly bulk up on muscle or something??? if that makes sense or not lol
also, what time is it best to have a pre workout meal? like and hour, 40minutes or couple hours or like 5 minutes before your workout? and also is whey protein shake better to have right before your workout like a few minutes or like half before and half between or just completly straight after your workout???
aight ive blubbereed enough get your headz in
thanks in advance - tim
