I am concerned by my program here. I constantly read how I need to do compound muscle exercises. I look at my program only to find there are no compound exercises... Here's my workout for Saturday...
Wide Grip Cable pulldown----Lats
Machine Vertical press------Delts
One hand Row----------------Lats
Cable Curl------------------Bicep
Cable Curl------------------Bicep
all isoated exercises... Could I swap say the vertical machine press for a barbell exercise maybe??
Try the program here, if it doesn't work, you can always swap them out. The programs here are great. It is where I first learned how to properly do the exercises and now I can go into a gym and make up my own workout.
