It weird like around 530, 30minutes before my workout im all siked and all day im siked but when 6 hits i feel lazy that i just want to =get through it,tired,why is that andhow can i fix it

When did you last eat? And what was it? Are you drinking water? You need to fuel your workout and keep hydrated.

I get that way some time but i take the creatine 45 minutes b4 and after my first set is done Im ready to Go!!!!
