OK hey everyone im mikey....i have only access to a home gym....my chest is not where i want it to be...i get depreseed quick if i dont see results...but im overcoming that..i would like to know what can i do what excersises and what supplemnts to take to buils a better chest.....thank you
What you want to do is high weight, low reps. Do anywhere from 4-8 reps using the max amount of weight you can use in that rep range while still keeping proper form. Benchpress, DB bench, Incline bench, DB inclines, and regular and incline flyes. Look on this site for the descriptions of these excercises. Also fill our your profile so we can help you to the fullest extent. If you do not have access to a weightbench at home do pushups.
