i just started taking pro complex. its a powder and a fitness trainer said i should take it if i want to gain mass and strength. have any of u heard of it? how good is it? thanks

I am unfamiliar with pro complex.

The best thing for gaining mass and strength starts in the kitchen. Rest/sleeping is another factor. I know there are several posts that go into more detail about this. Start from there, good luck and also welcome.

Pro Complex is a great product especially with a creatine cycle try this recipie with the chocolate pro complex for a great tasting after workout recovery drink for mass.
16oz of ff milk
1 serving pro complex
6 ice cubes
2 tablespoons of natural peanut butter
1 bannana
blend until smooth enjoy and good luck

Yes, Pro Complex is a really good product. I used to use it before I went to bed, has a nice blend of proteins. And it would definately be a good protein product to use for gaining some quality mass.
