What should I do.. to warm up? Before I do all these push-ups and sit-ups?

I woudl say anything, some mild cardi would do the trick, 5 10 mins.....jumping jacks, jogging, bike, or jump rope. just my two cents.

I agree with qualters, cardio for 10 minutes before and sometimes after lifting is great. At my gym, playing some basketball to get warmed up is also popular. You just have to find something that suits you that makes it fun for you!
