Yesterday I played some bball with the fellas and got absolutely decked. I took a shoulder to the neck and have never felt this kind of pain other than a broken bone. So I thought I might sleep it off, but nope that did not help. The pain is now down my whole neck and back and leaking into my shoulder area, I can't workout obviously and vicatin is not helping. I go into the doc for an x-ray today just to make sure so pray that everything is fine. I had a scare with the same sort of thing in highschool. Thanks all lata

got the ol x-rays back and just some weird alignments. It could have hurt me seriously if I got hit again but luckily I didn't. No direct contact sports for awhile but I can lift he said and jog thank goodness.
