Personal stor - would just like to share. Usually I train alone due to the odd training schedule that I keep. Wellthe other day I was set up in the corner doing deadlift working up to a few sets of heavy(for me at least) singles at 400+ lbs. Now out of a general habit I have not been doing reps for sets at this weight but today was different. As I started my lift a few people next to me stopped to "motivate" me. Well considering one of these people was IFBB pro Aaron Maddron it worked out very well, I got 410x3 & 430x2 (I was too tired for singles after that) It made me realize that sometimes we aree capable of accomplishing more than we think. If only I had a 300 lb pro to motivate me in all my workouts think of what I could do! LOL

LOL! Great story, pl. Isn't it amazing "what the mind can conceive, the body can achieve" when we have someone watching... Keep it going strong!!!!
