Hi, I'm a 20 year old female and I am taking on a career of a professional model. My agent would like me to talk to a personal trainer. My current measurements are 34/25.5/38 (that's in inches, and it's bust/waist/hips). I need to get my measurements to a maximum of 34/24/35. My biggest problem is getting my hips down to 35". This measurement is taken at the fullest part of your butt and hips, so I need to find a way to lose my big butt real fast! Also, any tips on foods to stay away from and any to add to my diet? My email address is saragreeniaus@hotmail.com Please email me or message me back if you know what you're taking about! thanks

If only johanna still came around.. she would probably have a great response for this.. i've never really had to lose a lot of weight in a hurry.. I would GUESS that you just need to reduce your overall calorie intake and you can help things along by reducing the amount of carbs you take in.. never actually tried it but its what i've seen most people on a cut do.. anyone on this site on a cut.. or everyone still bulking? Oh and you don't have to post the same question in more than one forum.. usually the same batch of people shoot around all of them so posting it in just one will pretty much get the job done..

How about the old fashion way of dieting and hard work in the gym. It will definetly pay off. Or try some fat burners to spend up your metabolism.

Yes diet, cardio and leg work with a lot of reps will make your butt toned and get rid of the fat.
Now genetics count a thing as well. If you got wide hips or not. If you can already feel the bones then forget about it, you cannot reduce that.

You could also use some special creams for your thighs and bum. They will not make you loose fat but they'll drain your skin and make you loose an inch.

Good luck to you and your career!!

I definately have to agree on the creams. I have a product with 98% pure yohimbine which will probably be pulled off the market within a few months. But it is unbeleivable stuff.

Or how about using the cutting gel? This works literally overnight...

As far as your hips, it just may not be in your genetics to have smaller hips as Nina pointed out.

Good luck!
