After my workout I drink a whey isolate shake and eat lunch since I use my lunch break to workout. Lunch usually consists of a chicken or turkey sanwich on ww bread, handful of pretzels, and piece of fruit or vegi. Just wanted to know if this is wrong in anyway, if I should eat lunch 1st or maybe an hour after, or what?
