I really need help.. I have been on the FT program and like it but i wanna see more results. I weigh 220 and wanna weigh 200. I run about 1 mile four times a week and work out four times a week. I eat usually one meal a day because i have a day full of classes. And i snack a little on some nights. What should i be doing? I take hydroxycut and protein shack also. Can you give me some eating suggestions and maybe some other helpful information i really am tired of feeling the way i do and wanna see a change. Thanks and please respond.

I am not an expert here Andy, but I pretty much know what the anser is going to be. Your diet. You need to eat more than once a day, but look at what you eat!! Someone here should be able to give you more specifics, but I went from doing the atkins (eating once a day usually) to eating 5-6 times a day, with a workout and am still losing weight.

jhadams is right, it is your diet.. You need to eat more consistently. It all boils down to planning and packing small meals. Plenty of people who have busy schedules eat to compete in bodybuilding shows, or just to lose weight. You just have to focus your efforts if you really want results.
Breakfast is really important. doesn't have to big or fancy, try oatmeal with protein powder mixed in after cooking. Eat an apple on the way to school.
Small meals can be tuna from a can or pouch and rice cakes or bagels or bread and some baby carrots or cut-up veggies. Or if you want to carry a small cooler bag around you can have chiclen and rice and veggies. Pretty much once you commit to eating 5-6 small meals a day, it just takes some planning and thinking outside the box. Hard-boiled eggs (one whole and a couple just whites) are a good snack/mini-meal with an apple or some veggies.
There are a lot of postings on this subject. Page through and see people's suggestions.
email me if you want more specific info.
Good luck!

Asimmer and jh adams gave you the scoop.
You are torturing your body by not feeding it. You say you are running and working out, well treat your body like a king for nutrition.
While I work on the road all day, there are alot of restaurants. After 23 years the novelty wears off about eating out.
I bring all my nutritional foods with me, including powders and herb tea. There is alot of healthy fast and easy foods like the ones mentioned above. Even a grilled hamburger made at home, works good(no bun).
