hi, ok. my problem are my calf muscles.. well not so much the muscle just the over look of them. My thighs are fairly small but my calfs are not.. i dont want to increase the muscle, i want to loose inches off my calfs.. does anyone know how to do this? im willing to do anything!!

Hi,
If you use search fit buddy at the bottom of each page you will find lots of information on calves. My problem is thighs and I just have to keep working them and be patient, they are large but mostly very flabby, now that I am working them they are getting nice definition and looking much better.

THank you, i did just that and it seems that stretching them helps alot.. and about thighs.. well i dont know if this will help, but i lost abour 30 pounds all together maybe plus growing by using the work out video, "slim in 6" you can see more on the at www.beachbody.com it did wonders for my thighs, my calves are just the problem now, but i am going to start stretching.. good luck with your thighs and thank you for the advice!:love:
