i weigh 195 pounds as of ryt now, i used to weigh 270 but i lost a tremendous amount of weight, but i need to weigh 170 pounds so that means i need to lose 25 more pounds, i do push ups, curl ups, sit ups to tone my body, but i only run 40 times around the basketball court for five days in one week, is that excercise enough, if not, what excercise should be enough, and when i get to my desired weight, what should i do to maintain it and how many calories do i have to eat daily so i wont gain weight
