Hello Everyone! I just want to know whats a good supplement to take if you want to gain weight. I'm 18m 5'10 126lbs (Obiously Asian). Im sick and tired of people telling me that I'm really really skinny and that I need to more. I tried my hardest to gain weight and also tried to start working out couple of times already but end up quitin. Next week imma try again, Yesturday i bought Muscle Milk. The guy in GNC told me that its better than the New Mass Tech. Is it true? I found a website in the internet selling Weight Gaining Pills (http://www.weightgainplus.com) do you guys think this pills work? I hope you guys can really help me because I really want to gain weight! Im really tired of this! What should i take and what kind of workout should I do? Thank you guys for you time! First off, instead of saying "next week imma try again", say "next week I will start my workout program and I WILL gain weight". Write down exactly what your goals are (i.e. how much weight do you want to gain?) and if the goal seems too distant break it down into smaller goals that seem more achievable. This will keep you more focused.

I'm not an expert on supplements but I think in basic terms your body needs calories and protein to gain weight, not pills.
