Ok, I am a football player that is about to finish up a season. I am skinny and really not tall or big compared to my other teamates. Before next season I'd like to gain between 50-60 pounds. That is BY NEXT JUNE. Obviously I want much of that to be muscle.
How can I do this? What kind of workout schedual do I need, what type of lifts should I do, what can I do at home, what should I be eating before and after workouts? Please help
