When bodybuilding articles talk of "Plateau's" do they just mean strength wise? Like your weight will not go up on your reps? I always thought that, but now I am wandering if they mean muscle gain wise too. Like if I was using a high-rep bodybuilding workout program and my strength was increasing, my muscle size would be too right? It's just kind of hard to tell.

muscle size would increase no dought
but from what I've learned mass increases are shown more evidently with high loads low (not 2 low) reps
