Hi. I've been reading these boards for a good two weeks but this is my first post. I hit a weight loss plateau when I came home for summer break. I believe has been because of work and my parents getting pissed when I do not eat what they make (and them always ordering in chinese food and such). At school I went from 6'0 19 year old at 230 lbs to 176 lbs. ANYWAY I changed my diet up (more meals and MORE protein) and started doing different cardio and HIIT and it seems to be jumping the plateau. I was wondering if anyone can critique my new diet? Thanks!!!

Breakfast (7 am)

A few eggwhites microwaved and a danon lite and fit.

Mid Morning Snack (10.30 am)

An apple or two and another danon lite and fit

Lunch (12 pm)

A salad with romane lettuce, peppers, grilled chicken, 2 egg white hard boiled eggs, tomatoes and olives.

Mid Afternoon snack (3.30 pm)

Large smoothie which is soy milk, strawberries, banana, and some protein.

Dinner (6.40 pm)

Grilled chicken or deli turkey sandwich with Light wheat bread and deli mustard. Sometimes I will have a fat free jelo chocolate pudding or two after.

Workout (8-10)

After Workout (10)
Two servings of whey protein with propper water

Any suggestions? I want to lean down a bit more, I have a 36 waist maybe want to get to a 32. I have (somehow) been able to lose weight and gain muscle, and I would like to continue losing a little weight but gain much more muscle (Bicepts only 15 inches)

Thanks again!!!
