PINCHED NERVE

I got pinched nerve that goes to my left had. It happened two days ago during my regular exercise (doing inclined dumbbell press). Similar thing happened some six months ago when I got pinched nerve that goes to my right hand. That happened by my mistake, doing carelessly an exercise that was not in my plan (deadlift).
Please advise how to prevent this. I am warming up on treadmill for 5 mins / fast running, and for almost every exercise I do a wormup set. Is there any special wormup or stretching for spine to prevent this?
Is there any chronic condition of spine that may cause easy nerve pinching?
Thanks so much.
(late thirties, regularly weight lifting 4 time per week, healthy)

I would suggest stretching more and maybe only work out 3 times a week.

MAYBE even taking a week or two off and starting from there to give the body a chance to heal.

You may be over-training with the 4 days a week...
