Hi, I workout 3-5 x week. Weights 4x and cardio3-5x(20-30 minutes). My friend is getting great results with pilates, and i was wondering if i should add a day or two of them into my routine. I dont know much about pilates at all so any insight would be appreciated. Thanks in advance!
I think it would help with stretching and longer lean muscles... My sister does them because her mother in law is a pilates and dance instructor. From what I've seen it is quite similar to Yoga which I would like to include in my routine once a week. I tried a mix of yoga and pilates once and I could barely move a single muscle the next day... I didn't even know I had some of those! haha
