Hey all!! My husband got me a Pilates dvd for Christmas, and I am going to use it as often as I can(especially on the days I don't want to walk to the gym) Just was wondering if anyone has had any success with Pilates, or knows what benefits will come from doing them. Thanks guys!!
I have had success, I have seen my hips go down and change shape into a shape of a dancers body which I used to have. I had an hour and 15 minutes class last night for pilates and it was excellent and very relaxing.
