i bet you get this all the time. anyway im not sure what is up with my pec but ill explain to u. iv been to 2 docters to have it sorted, one said it was inflamed/enflamed, while the other didnt say what it was just to rest it til u feel its ok(cmon i shouldnt be the judge). heres whats wrong.

my right pec is all soft when tense
if i feel really hard i can feel a lump thats the size of a pea about an inch above nipple.
it get sore at times (not much pain kinde of like a pin prick)

ill be gratefull for any info
