Hey all, i'm back for the festive season from Uni; a few of those who helped me a while back may remember me (thanks ron, mutt et al, you were all great).
To my point, I have a deep interest in the practise of parkour, however if/when I come to train for it I will be starting with the basics.
So I'm concerned as to what kind of physical training would improve my stength (no longer concerned with mass) and flexibility. Any advice would be muchos appreciated guys.
