i have got alway a pain in my lower back give me some exercise for to make it strong

It could be chronic. Have a doc check it out. If it just needs strengthening, you can try good mornings and russian deadlifts.

If you don't have any injury to your spine, make sure you stretch the muscles in your lower back. This will help eliminate the pain. You also want to strengthen your stomach muscles because they help stabilize the back.

I have had a similar problem, I have found the best remedy for me at least is stretching - I have spent 15-20 min a day just focusing on by lower back. This way your workouts won't cuase further pain (which mine did before I figured this out)

good advice on the stretching! I mildly injured my back yesterday as a matter of fact doing squats and leg presses because I did not stretch as long as I normally do.

Lots of stretching before, during, and after exercises involving back will help prevent injuries and help you recover as well.

stretching is great.. just one little note.. don't forget to stretch your hip flexors.. many times.. these are what causes low back pain.. we all forget that some of them actually attach on the inside of our lower spine!!
