I'm looking for any personal experience/opinions on oxygenized water as opposed to what the manufacturer claims it can do. This is something I've been considering using before and during workouts. It claims to have 5-10 times more oxygen than tap or bottled water which would be highly benefical. The problem I'm having is that it's basically a supersaturation so I'm wondering how effective it is. If you supersaturate sugar in water, it will settle to the bottom in short time, so if you do the same to water with oxygen, I would suspect any excess oxygen would quickly diffuse out of the water so once you open it, the excess oxygen is back into the atmosphere (I could be wrong on that). So is this a novelty waste of money product?

When I shrimped for a living, we kept a bottle of dehydrated H20 in the wheel house. Instructions were "just add water". It seemed to be great stuff. Be sure it costs over $3.00 per bottle so you can be assured of the quality.
