Overtraining

I have started a new program and After my chest workout, I was sore for two days. I know that a little sorness is good, but I felt weak. Am I overtraining? Any feedback will be much appreciated -sweeny

well u just started a new program, so its gonna take a while for your muscles to adapt to it. I don't think its overtraining

I agree with Mongrel...don't worry unless you are actually hurting and can't function normally. You'll be alright...peace.
