overnight shift worker needs diet plan

I work the overnight shift and attend college as a full time student I am 49 years old female and could use a plan that would work for me. I haven't found anything that will hold up to me schudule.

any plan in general will hold up to any schedule just because usually a plan is every 2-3 hrs eating and after that point it just takes the biggest factor of all to keep to it....DEDICATION

Jay is right and the same applies no matter what shift you work or are scheduled. Make time to eat accordingly. If you don't have time to prepare that many meals, try using meal replacements such as bars and shakes, or better yet, on an off day, prepare your meals for the week ahead of time and freeze them, all that's left is heating up and enjoying.
