My exercise program developed by freetrainers has me working biceps and triceps on different days and chest and back on different days. Isn't it improtant to work opposing muscle groups in the same workout?

.. welcome to ft!

No. That is just one style of training. It is important to change training style to keep the muscle responding. That is why ft has 8 week program. Perhaps your next program will have arms in one day and chest and back in another.

Good Luck!

No as Arnold says its just on of the splits that you can work. It is important to work opposing muscles so you dont create imbalances, but it doesn't have to be on the same day.

Cheers.
