Hey ya'll! Two questions. Number one, as I introduced myself before, I am overseas currently, as a member of a special forces division of the US Army. I am involved in Martial Arts, and need a workout that will build me slightly (I am 5' 10" and 175lbs) without losing any flexibility or agility. Any ideas? Also, give me some feedback on what you think about our war in the Persian Gulf. Over here, we don't get much in the way of news of what people are thinking back home.

It's a common misconception that you lose flexibility when weight training. Often the opposite is true, so long as you're not a ridiculously bulking roider. Just make sure to use a good program of stretching daily if possible. Do you have access to the web (well of course you do, but is it convenient)? Go to testosterone.net and go to the FAQ section. They have many routines listed there. And look for an article called Lazy Man's Guide to Stretching for a good stretching program. And, though I doubt the administrations motives in this war, I fully support our military. Our troops are the ones that actually do all the work in war while the politicians sit at home and talk about it. All the best wishes to you.

As a neighbour to the North, I fully support you and your fellow men & women. I really feel for you as you are doing some very hard work. I would suggest a toning routine on here, if you are already built well. And you won't get stiff from the training. Good luck to you.

Hey guys, Thanks for the support, encouragement, and tips! Your support means a lot to those of us who are far away from home! My troops and I greatly appreciate it! Now, if I could only work on that whole being single thing! LOL
