Opinion on Diet and Workout

My Stats: 24 year old 5'6 223lb when i started Jan 26...

I am currently -- 211lbs and have been there for about the last 4 or 5 days.

My daily diet is something like this:

Breakfast -- 2 eggo special k no fat eggo waffles
-- glass of orange juice

Lunch -- Either Chicken breast or 6oz Sirloin Steak
-- small potatoe
-- small amount of romaine letteuce

Dinner -- Either Fish 6 or 8oz / Grilled Chicken
-- boiled potatoe / small amount of rice
-- grilled onions sli

Workout 5 days a week.... 30 minutes of light weights with multiple reps and sets.... I was doing 1hour of cardio ellipticle machine/bike.... Now I'm doing HIIT on ellipticle machine.

Drink alot of water -- 4.5 liters of water

Feedback would be great!

scejas what are your goals? Are your work outs split ex bi's chest shoulder one day then tries back the next? Once we iron out what you want to achieve and what your are doing I am shure a better post will follow :). Your diet looks like a good blend of carbs and protein and fats. Scejas, I hope you dont eat sirloin steak every day! That is bad for you, the chicken is the way to go every day.

Opps...I forgot to put in a couple more things.... my main goal is loose weigh.... muscle is not important to me at this momment... I am size 40 in pants want to get back to 34 or 36....

No I eat the steak once a week or so for much and twice a week I eat dinner at boston market where I eat ... Turkey dinner with corn and their potatoes....

Eating lean beef every day is not that bad for you. Can get boring but not bad. I think the chicken industry is spening way to much money into making us think beef is evil lol
