I have just started my first workout routine here, and I've done about a day so far, and Im not really intelligent right yet with normalities of working out. My first training was for legs, and damn, today my legs hurt! As much as the pain is there, it sort of feels good in a way, im just curious if that is normal and healthy....
Also, i signed up for the 12 week ab program, but it says it doesnt appear until a week after signup....Well ive had this account for over a year, it used to belong to my brother, and I still have no access to this ab plan, whats going on with that

Being a free member I think you won't see your plan until the beginning of the next week.
Soreness is normal, it can last several days, but should go away in less than a week.

The soreness is DOMS(Delayed Onset Muscle Soreness). A good rule of thumb is you want to recovered by the next time that body part comes around to be trained. In the beginning it will be worse, but as you go along, you will recover faster.
As far as the weeks on your workout showing up, big-e is right, your a "free" member, unless your a "FT Pro" member, you will only see a week at a time in advance. If you upgrade to Pro, you can see the whole program from beginning to end.
