this is by far NOT the best or even right way to beat a craving, but it worked for me...

I have been craving peanut butter for the past 2 weeks..nibbling, dipping, and nibbling right out of the jar..I just couldnt get enough...it was during late evening after dinner before i went to bed..

tonite i finally just sat down and took a spoon and ate right out of the jar til i couldnt eat anymore. I would say i probably ate about 1/4 of a cup..lmao i think im gonna be sick..hahahaha..but you know what..i do not want to eat peanut butter again for a long time..

now dont get me wrong, i dont suggest this if someone is craving a hamburger...dont sit down and eat a gazillion of them....but i felt if i fed the craving it would subside..
ignoring it wasnt working...

again, this is not something i would encourage...but if youve tried everything else that has posted on here, and it doesnt work...well...do what works for you...but be sure to get right back on track and move on...needless to say i feel really guilty and quite nauseous..lol.....but i dont crave it anymore :p

If I am craving something, I try to have a small portion of it (within my calorie guidelines) or plan and have some on a cheat meal.
As for peanut butter, just get some peter pan from conarga foods and that craving will leave you
