Just wanted to know how everyone felt about working each muscle twice a week instead of once. All the programs here at FT only have you lifting each muscle once a week. So what do you think is better for gaining muscle once or twice a week?
once per week you need to rest! Muscle is built while resting not while you are tearing them down in the gym.
