While I'm brand new to ft, I'm not brand new to lifting. But I have gained an enormous amount of respect for the knowledge and experience in these message boards! So, I respectfully ask all of you, which creatine is best?

Cell-tech has too much sugar for me. I don't like the liquids at all. I've used a couple of different EAS products, but one seems as good as another. I heard a German brand is good, but don't know the brand name.

I'm in a pickle! (Do pickles have creatine?)

ALL answers and opinions are appreciated, folks!

Look for a brand that is micronized and has the Creapure stamp on it. I use Prolab, which is both, and I am having excellent results with it. You could do a search of the message boards to get more info.

I tried a search and got back more info that I could decipher!

But yours is exactly the kind of info I was looking for.

Could you explain the stamp, though?
