If I work out and eat right for 6 day, can I eat whatever I want once a week?

I meant to say overfeed the body once a week.

Some people do have 'cheat' days... usually one day a week or something like that.. depending on what you do it probably couldn't hurt but overall your probably better off without them... try to be consistent with your cheat days.. don't say "well i'll do a cheat day saturday and then sunday too so that will count for next week".. which seems crazy but I imagine some people probably do that.. and try not to go too overboard on your cheat days.. like a lot of sugar or beer are most likely bad moves...

Fireloard, Thank you so much! I don't think that beer will be a problem for me, because I don't drink at all. But I like to eat lots of bread on my cheat day. That could be a big problem.

I find it easier to stay on track if you have a cheat day, that way you don't binge. Everyone has there favorite foods and like to eat it once a week. I don't see any harm in it as long as it is not everyday.
