Hey everyone my problem is losing about 20-25lbs i want o but i work 7am-5pm so its hard to eat right.....i was curious is it ok to do cardio at night because i have no time in the morning before work...also is it ok just to eat 3 meals a day to lose weight? thank you

hey trainharder cardio at night is ok, if your off work at five you could just go after that and get a few good meals in before bed. Having 3 meals a day to loose weight isn't gonna work that well at all really. 5-7 meals should be your objjective cook your foods the night before and take them to work. try to get something in your system every 3 hours to keep your metabolism elevated even if it's a can of tuna and some whole wheat bread, it doesn't have to be a huge meal just some fuel for your body.
