Hey does anyone ever look back at their older or first workout and compare what they lifted 'back then' to now.. I'm wondering how far have some people gone.. of course this won't mean much to people who just started.. but was just something I thought about when browsing the board...

I look back and I am proud at our far I've come. I have a lot more experience using the equipment at the gym and have gain some weight during my lifting. It is wxciting, I've got my sister doing a home program now, I call every other week to see how see is doing and the hubby is active in the gym now.

Heck! I can definitely see a difference looking back at my first week or two and I've only been doing this for 7 weeks!

Sometimes I look back to find that I can't go as heavy as I used to, it's a bit depressing actually, but then I think, maybe my form was bad or something.
